Insurance
We accept these major insurances in Florida:
Florida Blue: BlueChoice, Blue Options, BlueSelect, Traditional, Blue Care HMO, BlueMedicare HMO, and PPO (Medicare Advantage Plans), Federal Employee Program. We do not accept the MyBlue(HMO) plan.
United Healthcare: Medicare Advantage Plans(AARP PPO and HMO), Dual Complete Special Needs Plans, Commercial plans. We no longer take the exchange plan (Obama care)
Aetna: Medicare Advantage Plans, Commercial plans.
Cigna: Medicare Advantage Plans (PPO and HMO), Commercial plans.
Traditional Medicare
Devoted Health: Medicare Advantage Plans(PPO and HMO)
We offer affordable office visits if you do not have health insurance or we are not in your health insurance network. Please contact our office for detail.
Immigration exam
We only see patients 18 years old or above.
The immigration exam fee will be $200, excluding lab tests and immunization.
